Sprint PCS Switching Centers
In an effort to develop and expand PCS support facilities, ViroCon dedicated multiple engineering teams to 96 sites throughout the U.S. to coordinate and complete each project.

Since the late 90’s, Sprint has been expanding their PCS coverage nationwide. The effort has involved a major development and expansion of PCS telecommunication switching and support facilities. Sites developed from coast to coast include computer data centers, telecommunication spaces, and offices.

		Problem 142 Critical Facility Projects – in 35 states including Puerto Rico Fast track, critical facility projects by nature are difficult to make work. 142 projects in 35 states including Puerto Rico is fuel to the fire. Highly specialized, critical facilities require highly specialized, experts to make them work. Fast track schedules combined with concurrent projects require a staff that is readily available at a moments notice.
		Solution Mobile Expertise ViroCon responded to Sprint’s needs by dedicating multiple teams of highly specialized commissioning engineers to over 96 individual sites throughout the United States and Puerto Rico. Since 1997 our team has stretched the map working on 142 projects in 35 states. We’ve developed and implemented a systematic approach to expedite the completion of each project and provide continuity between sites. We are Sprint’s mobile commissioning and TAB experts.
